This service provides technical and scientific support for the microbial classification of samples using amplicon sequencing. We provide extensive computational workflows to analyse the quality, classification and functional capacity of the obtained samples. Samples can be processed in hightroughput with more than 1000+ samples per day. This is not only applicable for 16S for microbial sequencing but also for 18S and ITS with the capacity of supporting customised databases

Wageningen and Delft have launched the new research facility UNLOCK to study mixed microbial cultures extensively. Various sub-areas of research will be integrated through UNLOCK.
