This service provides in-depth support and automated computational processes to process the raw data for quality reports, taxonomic classification, assembly, binning, structural and functional annotation, and the development of metabolic models. This service is widely applicable to any kind of sample of which short or long reads are generated. The computational processes are compatible with Illumina, Oxford Nanopore or Pacbio data or a combination of the three to ensure maximum insilico reconstruction ...

This service provides in-depth support and automated computational processes to process the raw data for quality reports and identification of expression using transcriptomics data. This service is applicable to any pro/eukaryotic system for which short reads are generated. The computational processes are highly standardised using a Common Workflow approach ensuring reproducibility. Post processing involves differential expression analysis between the different conditions used

This service provides technical and scientific support for the microbial classification of samples using amplicon sequencing. We provide extensive computational workflows to analyse the quality, classification and functional capacity of the obtained samples. Samples can be processed in hightroughput with more than 1000+ samples per day. This is not only applicable for 16S for microbial sequencing but also for 18S and ITS with the capacity of supporting customised databases
