We provide extensive computational workflows to analyse the quality, classification and functional capacity of the obtained samples. Samples can be processed in hightroughput with more than 1000+ samples per day. This is not only applicable for 16S for microbial sequencing but also for 18S and ITS with the capacity of supporting customised databases
